Honest, fair and friendly! The price that I was quoted on the phone was the price that I actually paid when I picked up my new car. The manager Jonathan and my salesman Edel exceeded my expectations and made my 3 1/2 hour drive worth it. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Hyundai!

Had the gas cap door stick a few times. Brought it it - (first time) they played with it for a few hours, but did nothing. "We didn't see it fail." (12/29) This event was the second time with the same results! Hmm... Do they think that I, the customer, BTW, has nothing better to do than sit in a dealership for hours without a solution? ATTENTION HYUNDAI. Replace the part and stop jerking your customers around!

For about the 6th or 7th time, they did not fix a recurring problem I have had with my rear view camera since I purchased this car 3+ years ago. They also did not check or add air to my slightly low tires something I expected as part of the multi-point inspection.

I was not happy waiting in the lobby and received a text message instead of human interaction to let me know the status and what service are needed to move forward. Plus no car wash and was told.i have to request it since the wash can take off the paint. When I had a Lexus the dealership treated me way better and washed my car.

Communication was terrible, I had to call multiple times and send texts to find out when my car would be done. We finally went to the counter and were told the car was ready. I wonder how much longer it would have been for someone to let us know it was ready had we not gone up there.

Charged me $160 for diagnostic only to overcharge on the service. Needs a new radiator. They charge $900. I took the car to a smaller place and they quoted me $250 plus $120 in parts and guaranteed the work for 1 year. I also needed an alignment which cost $140 so I asked if they could simply just do the alignment for the $160 instead and the manager refused. Mind you I waited 3 hours for them to tell me this. Courtesy my eye.

They have excellent mechanics that do the job right every time. Service reps always try to upswell you prior to what you came in for. Make sure you have your coupons ready and bring it to their attention prior to servicing. This a very busy dealership, so please be prepared to wait a long time. Drop off service is best or they have a rideshare account that will drop you off at your home.
