Service was not performed because mileage not at 5,000 as per service employee. Also went to address recall notice I received but part not available on that date. The actual service (maintenance) is now scheduled for May 16 when mileage will be approximately 5000. Part still on order for recall.

My worst experience ever live. I bought four new tires and They did alignment on my car and then, less than 1K miles after, I have to buy 2 new front tires, because the alignment was realized bad and the Services Manager never accepts that did a bad work. Never I'll be back there and I don't recomend this place to realize this kind of work.

Rick Case Kia fixed my faulty windshield washer. Diagnosed as an electrical short -- covered by warranty. Repair took longer than expected and I was out a vehicle for one day until they were able to provide a loaner (rental). Would have preferred to know that this repair need three days to remedy. Other than this, I highly recommend Rick Case's service department.

It was a good experience until the very end. I'm about to get into my new Kia telluride and the sales person says oh there's only one key fob, I don't know where the other one is new key fobs can cost up to $500. Thanks a lot would've appreciated disclosure and support.

I couldn't get an appointment to wait for the vehicle. I had to take Uber home and back for a total of 40.00. All that to get a prepaid oil change. the care was ready sooner than they promised. I could have waited and saved 20.00 but I had to get back to work. Service Department and their team does good work.

We were doing fine until then and when I refused the warranties add ons , his whole demeanor changed. I made an appointment for an oil change yet I was told that did not mean my car would be seen at my appointment time. My car was not seen until the next day and only because I stated I needed my car back, as I did not expect, nor did I plan, to go so much time without my car. Had I not complained I would have gone a longer time without being seen. At the end not everything I took my car in for was looked at. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was the second time that the same tire had to be replaced. I honestly believe that the first flat was plugged. Not to mention that the tires were supposedly rotated the first time, if so then why was the new tire in the same place.as before. Right rear tire.

Very bad communication with the service advisor and super expensive. I am kind of forced to go there just because I prepaid maintenance but they always find additional work to be done. Considering at this point to just go to other place and forget about the prepaid maintenance.

The five stars is only for the staff after I was able to get an emergency appointment. The service staff at the dealership were amazing. The scheduling staff that you normally would go thru to secure a service appointment I would give a big zero. Very unhelpful and almost ruined my vacation if I didnt take things into my own hands and contact someone else to help with my new car issues.

Car was washed and cleaned inside. Don't know what other service was completed. My dashboard shows service needed in 675 miles. Not sure what service is required at that time. I guess long gone are the days when you get your car from the dealer and the gas tank is full. Just saying. No paperwork as to what was serviced was provided

My service was great however waiting for resolution for my faded night trim around my side windows. I have a 2022 Telluride and the faded trim looks awful. KIA vehicle is very nice but this is unheard of for a new vehicle KIA certainly should make good for this.
