I went to Palm Coast Ford for an oil change. I always check work done by them. I came home and checked my oil with the car level of course and found I was a quart overfilled. I bought my car back to Palm Coast Ford the next morning they gladly fixed the oil level. This was someone inconvenient because my wife has cancer and I missed her appointment being at Palm Coast Ford.

Service staff attitude was great; however, the problem was not fixed and the problem has increased in severity. The vehicle has serious software problems. All warnings and failure systems come on at the same time. Then the parking brake comes on by itself and the vehicle will not shift to drive or will shift to drive or reverse but will not engage.

Didnt rotate tires/check brake lining as they said they did or they'd have seen the leaking shock. Didnt look at front end noise as asked (prob coming from shock?) but was told to take it back to Ford dealer I purchased car from as nothing they could do ?????

Went for an oil change with an appointment and waited over 2 hours. Personnel do not use fender pads while working, had hand marks on fender, hood and door. Inside truck the shifter, arm rest, steering wheel, center console sweat and grease marks. UNACCEPTABLE!

They did not air up the tires. They did not check the wipers because the one on the rear window is missing so I really dont know if they even changed the oil or just pushed the reset button. The receipt doesnt state what kind of oil they used if they actually changed it. So no I am not satisfied with the service I received.

This was the most timely visit that Ive ever had in a car service facility. In at 10:15 out at 11:00. My service advisor, Cory, kept me posted in about 15 minute increments as to the progress of the service being performed. All things considered, this was a very impressive experience.

All the work was done in a timely fashion and at no charge, do to our extended service plan. The Service Advisor and Tech were courteous and professional. We were back on the road in just about the time quoted, which doesn't happen very often nowadays.
