Unfortunately, some of the service advisors at this location are unprofessional. The work I needed (warranty) performed took longer than originally quoted, as my concerns were not actually addressed until I arrived to pickup my vehicle. I had relayed the information which was not handled prior to pickup the first time.

A service advisor named Tyler, who greeted me when I arrived because my service advisor was running late took care of me so I wasn't waiting for him to come in. Tyler told me it was going to take about an hour and a half which I was planning on waiting any way. Roughly 30 minutes he came and got me as my car was ready. Such a fine young man. Friendly and attentive. Greenway is my designated place for maintenance for my car.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the service center. I was escorted inside and gave info where to go and wait and informed me there was coffee available. My wait was very short as I learnt they only needed to check my car to make sure they had the recall part or they would have to order it which they would have to do.

Greenway Hyundai did not put my oil dip stick back in after the oil change. I have been calling to speak with the service department to ask about it and it is hard getting someone from the service department on the phone. They are not Customer Service Oriented. I will keep trying.
