My oil change service was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:55 a.m. Waited 17 minutes at reception on arrival (too long). Oil change completed at 9:33 a.m. With an 8:00 a.m. appointment, I was a bit disappointed with the overall wait time for this type of service.

Initial communication was excellent. Unfortunately, that faded quickly and turned to non-responsive. The repair work was not completed correctly and requires re-work which is still not scheduled over 1 month later. Understandably warranty work is not a top priority, but customer service should still be.

The vehicle was sold needing repairs that should have been fixed prior to selling.All of the front suspension bushing were cracked, leaking and dry. This was immediately observable upon inspection of the vehicle which Greenway Ford. said they performed. Subsequent repair cost to me two weeks later,$3600.

The courtesy pick up and drop off was great. Constant communication with the advvisor via phone and text was also a good experience. The only thing I would change if for them to be more proactive in asking me to perform the recommended alignment while the car was there.

Very unprofessional. Came in two separate time and there were no notes on our vehicle and no one knew what had been done to it (a piece of the transmission was supposed to be replaced and a leak was supposed to be checked). It was very frustrating. We eventually spoke with the manager who figured it out and was very helpful but after 3 weeks of frustration it was too late to make me want to ever go back.

They can't seem to get anything right. Took me 13 hours of my personal time between going to the dealership and finally having them do the right thing and replace the factory tires with ones that did not have flat spots in them. Once they finally did it, they didn't flash the TPs sensors so I would be at liberty to work that in again to my schedule. Will never return to greenway ford.

The owner of greenway owns homes all over the world and lives a lavish lifestyle profiting off the huge amounts of money they make off people like us! Shop around!!!

Needed nitrogen in my tires. Service department was going to charge me. I said "nope! It was part of the package deal when when I bought it ". I had to go get a manager from the dealer side to tell I was right. Nickel and dime you. The last place to buy a vehicle.

Upon returning after oil change and battery connection clean-up at Greenway the vehicle had marks on paint of front driver wheel fender, and engine had strange burning smell. I believe both were related to messy battery service that wasn't cleaned off properly.

Unsatisfactory. While they balanced the tires, they said that the tires rubbing on inside of the fender well was due to oversized tires and they could not do anything. Well they are factory tires and not oversized tires...They just didn't want to have to correct the problem. The tires came directly from Ford, everything was stock.

Bought the car at Greenway Ford recently, took it for first service and came to find out All four (4) tires lug nuts (20) were bad and needed to be replace with new ones at a high cost ($345.00). They wouldn't cover the cost although I bought the car with all defective lug nuts there. Very bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a used car there, if this is the way they do business. Very disappointed.

I went in to have tire sensors replaced, this dealership quoted me $847.00... I told them to hold off and found the going rate was around $400.... got it done for $385.00! This dealership has higher overhead, I get it... but they jack up the prices way beyond what it should be. Shop around before you use them. And I use this dealership all the time, have bought 3 cars from them, sad to see them jack up prices.

Horrible truck is under warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with it. As I left the dealership all the lights came on the dash again for rear end. They wanted me to pay for 2 hours of labor. The truck is under warranty. So I will never do business with Greenway again.

Repair on rear window was done . However they broke a piece on the rear windshield wiper and rather than put on a new piece , tech tried to glue it on . What a fail. Plus they didnt replace the rear wiper blade as asked. I now have metal scraping the window from the wiper. Not happy. Have to take it back again.
