after paying for the vehicle, they took way too much time getting me the documents to register the car. almost 3 weeks later instead of overnite mail they sent them 2nd day whitch didn't arrive for 5 days. Sales dep't O.K. but finance dep't horrible.Their only interest was the dealership,not the customer. 1 star for the finance or accounting dept. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Got the impression contacts did not take the time to completely read the info questions. Had to refer back three times to questions already asked. First I kept getting info and video on a different car. After pointing this out, subsequently the initial questions posted weren't answered completely on the correct car. "one of the sales managers" confirmed an appointment with me to see the vehicle, presumably with the saleman I spoke to. We arrived late, having been held unp in traffice, but communicated by text . we arrived, and were introduced to a new salesman , informed at that time the saes man i spoke to was not in. we went back to the salesmans desk where he invited us to sit down and go over the carfax. we told him we already had gone over the information and we wanted to see the car. He left his desk to get the keys. we waited for 10 min walked around the show room and walked out the from door because people were smoking in the parking lot outside, and it was steaming through the crack between the doors. the salesman came our after us with "another one of the sales managers" and told us the car was in the shop and we were unable to see it, did we want to look at some of the other cars they had on the lot. we said no, and could we just see the car in the shop. he told us that the rules prohibited our going back into the work area. we left after what wa,s in our opinion, a bait and switch.we drove 50 miles to make the appointment and see the car,

I purchased a car here on 6/13/20 With an agreement that the car was to have a sensor change and the car detailed Prior to pick up. My sales rep Jesse marrero Handed me a we owe you Paper and let me know that because service was closed on Saturday and Sunday he would get back to me on Monday to let me know the car is ready. I picked up my car on Wednesday 6/17 He handed me one key when it was originally agreed I would get 2 keys To the vehicle he told me I would have to drive to the West Palm location to retrieve my other key coming from Marco Island I asked him if it could be mailed he said they don't usually do that but he would make a call.. As I started to make my way home I noticed there was over a 650mile Difference on the odometer which means someone took my vehicle and drove it without authorization. My sales rep demeanor completely changed told me this is not his department and not a big deal.. He was rude and arrogant said he has a life outside of FFC And this wasn't his problem. A 650 mile difference on the odometer is a huge discrepancy Especially when I thought my car was in service department.. I tried contacting the customer relations manager but they told me that he don't speak to customers only through email. As a consumer and customer I truly hope these matters are dealt with accordingly because this is no way to do business or treat customers. Especially when this car was registered and insured in my name while it was entrusted in that lot where someone took my car! because now my car is devalued I don't know who had my car how my car was driven and I want answers And someone to address this very serious issue. With out being talked down to And dismissive . Why wouldn't management want to resolve such a serious matter?
