Less than 30k miles and warranty work was required. During the service something was done incorrectly resulting in leaking oil. Now my driveway has oil leaks in multiple spots and the inconvenience of having to deal with a loaner car. So disappointing.

Put trust in them like I do my Mercedes dealership back home in Maine to service my vehicle that I brought down my G550 only to be taken advantage of and overcharged so be aware they they request non necessary things to be done to your vehicle like brakes and stuff and they sell you pots and stuff over the market price

I liked being told of what to expect would be done and the approximate cost involved. They were accurate in the time it would take to do so. Dalton kept me informed as to the progress of the servicing AND the car wash afterwards left the car sparkling like new. I am unhappy that after the service, my brakes squeal while backing up but am told that they are fine

We had problems with the C300 while on a road trip. We had the car towed to MB Jacksonville. The dealership diagnosed the problems and implemented the repairs quickly so that we could get back on the road. The service staff was attentive and kept us up to date as the car was repaired.

Hmmm! I had a question that my service advisor apparently too busy to answer. Someone else got the tire specialist to answer my question. Jonathan is more responsive than he was that day..... I'm not a tire specialist, but i felt the failed tire was defective rather than wear & tear
since none of the other tires failed. (the tire split on the inner side)

Picked up a nail on one of my tires I purchased at the Mercedes dealership and drove in with no appointment. The tire was purchased in May and was covered under a road hazard warranty. It was replaced in about an hour and I was on my way, only having to pay the labor.

Had the best service at Mercedes last week when my cars AC went out on the hottest day of summer. Ali was able to get my car in same day and get everything fixed quickly. She updated me every step of the way and was super helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be back for routine maintenance and any future vehicle needs.

I did service a, which is an overall check and top up, since my vehicle didn't do much miles during this service interval there wasn't much to do. Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville is always a pleasure to deal with but this time they took way too much time to get the service done

The service department went the mile extra to accommodate my needs as transportation to an appointment to and from. The appointment was in another city of Florida. Mercedes asked me to have roadside assistance tow my car call because of steering malfunction message. Shaking steering column & loud noises were very frightening and it just needed an update. Very expensive check which should have been a recall. Poor response time and foul language at Atlantic location.
