I had my car shipped to me in tampa, they pulled up to me while I was at work like I asked, and made me look like a total boss receiving the keys to a brand new 2024 Honda pilot. Jermaine Holsey was my sales rep, and my eyes, and ears on the ground in Jacksonville, because I didn't even see the car in person before I bought it. I love the car, and it was a major upgrade from my 98 camry!

After the oil change and tire rotation, the right tire was shaking while driving at 40 mph. I took it back to have it checked out and their solution was to tighten the tire to fixed the problem. This made it worse because my van was shaking excessively when pressing brakes. I took it to another shop and the diagnosed was the rotors were damaged due to over tightening lug nuts.

I was told there was no service record for my Honda pilot. So I was talked into 100,000 package for my car because the timing belt needed to be changed they said it would be $1900 I walked out paying $2500 taxes they said. But then I pull up the carfax and the timing belt was changed at 88,000 miles so there is a service record and the timing belt was changed before.

left ok, almost immediately after leaving the 'low tire' lite came on. went to nearest tire shop-Firestone on Blanding. nail in tire sidewall had to replace tire. another tire was able to plug leak. not sure where nails came from but was able to drive safely afterwards.

I scheduled service for a technical and time extensive recall. I live about 45 miles from the dealership which makes dropping off the car difficult, so I choose to wait. The service rep Tom Martin was understanding of my needs and did a terrific job in moving the service along and keeping me informed of the progress. The car was delivered back to me in a very timely manner with all repairs completed and the car was also very clean.

Took a long time to be seen by service advisor and I had a scheduled appointment. Came there with 2 things complete, but left there with many recommendations to be fixed. I dont know if everything really needed to be done but Ill keep these in mind if they are said again in future visits there.
