After the vehicle was diagnosed and reprogrammed the issue still exists. I guess the tech never checked to see if what he did solved the problem. After spending that much for a truck and I don'y have it's safety features I paid for, I'm not at all pleased with the service department. I wasted a day off to have my truck come back with exactly the same problem that it was brought for. My service ticket says all is ok but it is not.

We had an oil change, roof molding fixed and the wiper fluid hose fixed. The service was efficient and the service crew are nice and hard working-- not at all like the sales department. There must be something wrong with our wiper fluid hose because it keeps running out of fluid without being used. I'm sure service will get to the bottom of it! :)

I dropped off the truck for the day. They removed my back seat finding out they had the wrong part. I got the $72,000 new truck back dirty. No customer service-no one ever calls you back- RUN and run fast from this dealership--still waiting for the part........
