Very unreliable. Kept going in and found nothing to be and took it t another to another to change nine months and bakes. Also came in to change a tire and ended up both another flat tire pulling out and they said to put air it as nothing was wrong Had to go to another hop as all of a sudden a new nail was in another tire.

Service department was great, I've been dealing with the Service Manager directly since my truck has spent almost 1 month in the shop during a period of 4 months of ownership. I had no issues with my 2021 Silverado over two years however, the Sierra has been in the shop with transmission issue and now the water pump. Let's hope this will be all for now.

Ripped me off my own fault I know to stay away from car dealers..wanted a black corvette bought in the rain didnt see how bad the paint was!!
