The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't end up buying the car because it wasn't what I wanted. But would've felt comfortable with them if I had.

They were great except when getting the deposit back they do not answer your calls, return voice mails or even get contact to get the money back.

Salesman misrepresented the car as Subaru CPO. Carfax report did not show it as CPO. I was assured it was CPO so I made $100 deposit (a blue Forester). The day after the salesman calls to ask if Im interested in a red car I had driven but rejected. I contacted Subaru North America to inquire about the blue vehicle and was told the vehicle is not Subaru CPO, but it could be if it passes the 152 point checklist. Over the weekend the Carfax report was updated-previously only 2 service records appeared. Suddenly full details appear including disclosure of front end damage-front, front left and front right. Late the evening I was scheduled to buy the car suddenly it is listed at Carfax as Subaru CPO. I asked for my deposit back and still havent received it. This experience has driven me (get it?) to try Carvana.
