4 wheel "alignment" I had all 4 corners of suspension off the car. Wanted to get it exactly aligned. All they did was change the front end toe. Either I'm that good with a string, or they just want your money. Not impressed.

No one was there when I came to pick up my car in service. The general manager saw me and continued talking to a couple in sales for 10 minutes then went outside. I had to ask another woman in sales for help-she was lovely and helpful. Car was not washed or vacuumed which every other luxury car I have owned have received courtesy washes.

While DeJohn was awesome, answered all my questions and showed me things that I was not aware of in my car. He was 5 star!!!! Just wish that they had washed and vacuumed the car as they promised. They wanted it the next day, but I could not be without a car. Maybe next time they will detail it as a make up ;)
