I always get first class service at Lombard Ford. This was a slow leak that became a fast leak overnight. They took my car in as soon as I arrived , and fixed the problem right away so I was able to make a 60 mile round-trip drive to a doctor's appointment with no worries . High praise to Lombard for taking such fast care of my problem. They never let me down.

As always, my experience at Lombard Ford's service department was excellent, I had a slow leak in one of my tires that turned into a fast leak overnight. I had to go out of town the next day and they took me in immediately and fixed my tire for me right away. So I was able to safely make my 60 mile round trip doctor's visit the next day. You came in for a recall of your brake hoses. In doing the new hoses we are required to bleed your brakes and your caliper bleeder screw was rotted so it fell off. Parts aren't readily available so we got a new one as soon as we could for you at no charge. If sorry Ford has things on back order but that is out of our control just like the rust on the underside of your vehicle is out of our control.

I am sorry if they forgot to top off your washer fluid. I can do that if you want to swing by. I checked the price and we are currently running at $69.95 oil change special and you paid $66.82 after tax. I know we quoted you front brakes and rotors, I currently have a coupon out there for $40 off the brakes that I can extend if you choose to get them taken care of.
