They will call to remind you that you're due for servicing and they are willing to accommodate your availability . As it was a weekday the wait time was shorter than on the weekends. The service technician was also conscious of the need not to soil the car upholstery so he covered the drivers seat before sitting in it. I was impressed and pleased with that. Plus they'll wash your vehicle if you ask.

Easy to schedule on-line (you can call in old school also) with a lot of time slots. Easy check in and out. Done in about an hour and had a coupon to boot!

For the most part, it's good, except when I asked to have the wipers checked and replace if needed. They only replaced the front wipers, although the rear wiper rubber was obviously falling apart.

I was disappointed to see that the mechanic that serviced my vehicle had left his greasy paw prints on my car. On the hood and on my door handle were where it was most noticeable. Its a white car so the least they could have done was just to clean up after themselves

Everything went very well. Except one request. The middle AC vent in my vehicle has loose slots. Something I didnt want to make worse. Something I figured Toyota had the knowledge to fix. When I picked up my car the service agent said the tech had communicated a positive outcome, fixed it. Im out immediately turned out to be false. The slots in the vent remain loose.

Took their time contacting me. By the time I was contacted, the vehicle I was interested in was gone but they wouldn't flat out tell me so until I made it known "it was the ONLY one I was interested in". So based on turn around response time, 2 stars. Based on avoidance of admitting the vehicle I was interested in and trying to sell me something else, 2 stars.

Their system assigns an Service Agent for each car coming in. In that Agent is busy, or gone for breakfast or smoking you keep waiting for 30 to 60 minutes, until someone finds this car is on the top of the line, and waiting :) They they will hassle on giving you a lyft ride :)

it was my first time to the Fremont Toyota and I was expecting my car to be washed just like Hayward Toyota does but they said you have to ask because they don't have the staff to wash every car. Other than that they were pretty quick with my scheduled maintenance.

My service at Fremont Toyota was excellent. I made an appointment and was taken in as soon as I showed up. The service manager that helped me was great. My truck went in at 7 am and was ready for pick up by 10 am. I had the 2nd recall air bag replacment work done.
