I opted for the 12,000 mile interval service even though my vehicle is at 10,000+ miles. I knew it would take longer but was willing to wait for a more thorough inspection and service. Despite having an appointment I had to wait at least 20 Minutes to get into office and another 10 minutes to talk to agent. He was overwhelmed with service requests and no one else was checking in customers. I my car was there for a 40k mile maintenance and we were charged $2300 which seemed too expensive. The agent did give me a free loaner for the day since it would take over 6 hours to complete.

Every time I go to the serramonte Subaru the cost of the service gets higher. they always try and push me to get something new done to the car.i went in this time and it was just going to be a service and their was a oil leack and cost me $8,500 they said they have to strip the engin. I asked Subaru to pay towards which they did and I am very grateful.

Literally the worst place for a female to go to. I was quoted an outrageous price. over 6k and went down the road and paid 2.1k. I have always used Subaru dealers for maintenance and repairs, but never again. My past experiences have been in Florida and Indiana. Never had this issue. Please avoid going here.

I asked them to inspect a Rusty bolt close to the Catalytic Converter and the middle Bolt in the Air Compressor Pulley, And took them 2hours to tell me that its normal. Im not happy with the diagnosis because I just had the Car for only 11months, and these Bolts are Rusted already. To make the situation worse they said its not covered with Warranty, even though I just have the Car less than a Year.
