I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received. Despite promptly taking my money for a part on back order, the delay has been unacceptable. Now, when I request to cancel the order and receive a refund after waiting two months without receiving the part, I encounter resistance. It's disheartening that something as simple as a refund is taking so long to resolve.

The service we had last week was excellent. They had to order a part and the part was delivered the following morning and installed with about three hours. The service manager Jose was efficient and understood how important it was to get our car back as soon as possible due to a surgery scheduled for the following morning. Highly recommend the service and the compassion was greatly appreciated. Five stars definitely.

I did not have my car serviced on June 30, 2023. This is an error. My car is not a TLX Base. It is a TLX A spec. Acura needs to remove this record from my CARFAX.

My tires were not rotated as requested nor was the tire pressure checked. I had a tire that was showing low tire pressure and it was the same when I picked up my car. Also they said my windshield wipers were good when my right wiper has rubber hanging off the blade. I'm not very confident my car was checked as noted.

My visit was very good. The tech was very nice and pleasant. I brought my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I missed was that she didn't go over with me what service or services were coming up or recommended. Other than that I left as a satisfied customer.

I requested to have my tires rotated. They have just over 5,000 miles on them. All tire manufactures recommend rotating tires every 5,000 miles. For some reason, the technician said the front tires were the best, so he decided not to rotate them. I wonder when the technicians at Family Motors Acura Bakersfield became more knowledgeable than Michelin Tires.

The service department was very helpful and accommodating. They had water and coffee while I waited for my services to be done. I went in for an oil change and some safety point inspection as well as a tire rotation. I'll keep coming back as long as they keep it up and I get coupons through email lol.

Car service was good besides the fact that they didn't have Acura brake parts in stock so I will have to make another trip . Customer service is usually exceptional but this time it was poor at Acura Bakersfield, they did not honor their word on promised discount pricing giving to me by an employee of theirs . I was very disappointed, customer was not put first in my situation.
