I WROTE AN EMAIL TO SHOWCASE VIA CHAT AND COMPLAINED. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I DETEST ANYONE THAT TRIES TO SELL ME A SERVICE OR PRODUCT I DON'T NEED. THE SERVICE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED BUT I'M NOT SURE I WILL GO BACK.

The oil change was easy to schedule with same day appointment. An inspection was done and recommendations for other services were suggested via text message based on mileage. No pressure was applied to have other service done immediately. Car was ready within 2 hours for pickup.

Robbie Schumann was great to work with. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they found a filthy filter that needed to be changed. I had my car in for service abouot a month before. They told me they checked everything and I needed a filter change which they did. They somehow missed this second filthy filter that now needed to be changed. I guess they don't check everything like they say they do.

Devin always goes above and beyond the basics. I went in for a reapplication of the paint protection that came with the vehicle. In about an hour (the time it normally takes for the paint protection), Devin told me they did the paint protection, changed the oil, and rotated the tires. Devin is always very knowledgeable, and professional. His "can-do" attitude makes him a great asset for Honda.

Made an appointment for an old change and tire rotation. It took 3.5 hours to complete while I waited in the lobby.
The car sat untouched for the first 2.5 hours before service even began.
What's the point of an appointment if a simple oil change is going to take half a day? Others came in, waited, and left before I was ever seen.

Driving home From auto Service I was on freeway and my hood starting vibrating on the freeway express. I had to slow down on Freeway due to vibration of hood " Dangerous". I had to pull off of the freeway to close Hood . Hood was not in lock position. Extremely dangerous. I was also extremely scared due to circumstances.

Car hood wasn't latched. When I left and got on the freeway my hood started bouncing - it hadn't been fully latched. I took a video and called the service department back to let them know so they would double-check that from now on. I only got a voicemail so left a message about it. I still haven't gotten a call back from them with an apology.

When tech inspected cabin filter, he somehow dumped a bunch on insulation into the fan. This caused the fan to be louder and slightly unbalanced. I had to take apart and remove the fiberglass insulation from the squirrel cage, and re assemble. I believe its called slipshod work

Overall good. Didn't add water to the WW even though it was clearly checked off. So I swung back around and got it handled. But it made me wonder if everything else that was checked off was actually done, like rotating the tires and changing the oil! Presumably so, I hope.

My tires were not inflated to proper pressures. All we're at 32psi. Front and rear have different pressures per info on door This is only my second visit and both times tires were not properly inflated. Thi does not give me confidence in the work done at Showcase if this very important item is not correct.
