Immediately greeted by an unfriendly lady who had little to no info about the car I was inquiring about. Did not mention anything about a test drive previously or during the visit, when inspecting the car, it's valid to start the car to confirm with the customer said car works. Lady would not start the vehicle and stated she is not allowed to start the car or even take it for a test drive. Extremely petty dealer and even worse customer service. Definitely something wrong with the car and the sketchy business.

Devin, sorry you feel this way, but we don't just hand over the keys for a 600HP vehicle to an 18 year old to go on a test drive specially if they are not accompanied by an adult. Nevertheless we did open and show the vehicle.

These guys were beyond pushy. The car had low tire pressure, the grill was broke and the gas light was on. This is definitely not a great 1st impression when buying a car.

The overall experience was mediocre. The test drive was excellent and gave us ample time to feel out the vehicle and see if it was something we wanted to go with. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was a little unprofessional. Their music choice was not appropriate. Their follow up was good but it got to the point of almost harassment. I understand you are trying to make a sale but respectfully at some point it's best to just leave it alone. To put this in context - they followed up with me, I told them my wife and I decided to pass on the vehicle and keep shopping around. They continued to pester my wife via email after I had already told them we moved on. This could be an internal issues where they did not communicate with the other sales rep in which case I understand but a slightly more professional approach would be recommended.

Bought a 2009 Mazda Miata and everybody was pleasurable to deal with. I viewed the vehicle 2 days before and wanted it detailed as it had been sitting and I couldnt get a good look at paint quality etc. When I returned later it looked great. Took it in for prepurchase inspection where there were a few things needing repair. Tyson my sales person agreed to make all repairs and we were able to come a fair price on the car after that. Waiting for parts to come in and Tyson to call and set up an appointment probably next week.
