THE PROBLEM THAT OCCURRED WITH OUR NEW CAR RESULTED FROM A FAILURE IN THE QUALITY CONTROL ON THE LINE AT THE MERCEDES PLANT. AN EXTRA SCREW WAS FOUND IN THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE WHEEL BRAKE ASSEMBLY. THIS LOOSE SCREW DID MUCH DAMAGE TO THE ENTIRE BRAKE ASSEMBLY. MERCEDES-BENZ OF HUNTSVILLE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB DIAGNOSING AND REPAIRING THE ASSEMBLY/FACTORY ISSUE.

Nice, knowledgeable folks in the service department. The waiting area is very comfortable & they have free snacks. I think the service was top notch & the wait was reasonable. The only downside is that service at Mercedes Benz dealerships is very expensive. They charge you for everything - even a document fee!!

They got my diagnosis all wrong. The tow driver who took my car is was more knowledgeable than the dealership. He said it was the fuel pump. The service department changed my battery and called me to say car was ready for pickup. Of course, when I got there the car wouldnt start. Days later they tell me its the fuel pump. Not very happy with lack of complete attention to my car on the first diagnosis.
