We can't relay on this service centre work. On of the rear sear clip was broken for that work I had to visit couple of times. Every time they are saying it's fixed and I myself going and showing them its not fixed. Then they will say they will order the part. Really don't understand what's happening and why aren't they fixing the issues.

I waited several weeks for them to get a new battery under warranty to fix my auto start/stop function. When it came, I had appointment for installation. They only charged my old battery; refused to install the new battery. That did not fix the start/stop function. (Said they were giving my battery to someone else.)

Everyone in the sales department was very nice. The vehicle was detailed nicely. However there was no owners manual in the vehicle and one of the key fobs that I saw when test driving was missing. I was assured I will receive the key fob and the owners manual.

I love ES Hyundai - have bought 4 vehicles there. This service visit was for an oil change, was told 2 hours. Took 7-1/2 hours and service tech never called to let us know it was ready. I called them to check on status. Worst service I have ever had there.

Car was back at Genesis Eastern Shore for 2 weeks, drove it a week, car broke down again. Eastern shores had it for a month. Part ordered, received and still was not put on vehicle after a month in the shop. Two weeks have passed and I still have not received the part or a call. Not pleased with their service at all

The only reason I didnt give5 stars was because I had to initiate contact for updates on the service and was not offered the use of a loaner. I recognize they are exceptionally busy ALL the time, but I should not have had to always inquire about the service progress especially since they had my car for almost a month!

Worst dealership experience ever! Scheduled a test drive on a newer model silverado with lower miles. Get to the dealer and just so happens the engine is blown in the truck but it's still online for sale! Tries to sell me a newer model truck for 5-6k more than the previous. 5% more by paying cash!!?? Keep your vehicles!
