The service to do your Air Conditioning service not knowing if you need Freon. And not knowing where the Leak is. And has l was told that my Freon was empty no gas. And later after two hours. You get the news that you need a new Condenser on your vehicle. So for a inspection. I made the mistake not asking that if it's a leak that l wasn't aware. And the cost of a Full inspection was 289.00 with shop supplies and taxes. And to find out that it will cost me an additional 879.00. To get the part and most of the work is labor. Which l do respect that. But l left the shop with a Cold and confused. I even ask the Technician can you please work with me in my situation unfortunately it felt that l insulted him by asking that. I paid him in cash. I even called a friend and explained my situation that happened. He replied did you ask him questions before he did the inspection on yor vehicle. I said No. I was having multiple conversation with Mr Nate. And the Assistant. I thought that how l was told you had No Freon in your system. That it was Freon. Only and paying $289.00 It was ok with me. I even showed them the work that was done at Brandon Ford Two years ago. So l was hoping that it was just the Freon. But unfortunately for me it was pay for Inspection and the Condenser replacement. I went to Firestone on big bend road. To my Surprised explained my situation and they said to check for Air Conditioning Freon leaks was about $209.00. And if it needed any extra work they will take that amount from the Part Condenser $169.00. Vs $230.00 And adding the labor seals and Freon looking at 680 to 700.00. That is 177.00 less. Including Military Discount. Which Walkers doesn't offer it because there prices are very Competitive. I only felt that they could of worked with me but it felt that l was very demanding on working with me in a better price. What l will advise to any person please ask the question on inspection and if they will work with you in circumstances. The only reason l went to this shop was because it was close to my home. And Brandon Ford does not work with vehicle that are 10 years over. Sometimes in situation you always have options. I also explained to the mechanic that l was selling the vehicle. My 2000 Ford Mustang Convertible V-6 3.8. It runs great. But l was hoping that the shop will be willing to work with me in my situation. I left with a very uncomfortable cold feeling. Not even hey let me do a little research on your situation. And l even ask him if l am able to get an Original OEM Ford Condenser. Is answer was l will install it but No Warranty and it will cost you more money. That was my experience doing business with this shop. If I would of been told that doing the inspection and not working with getting parts for this situation. I would of not done it. But the Technician explained that the Freon was empty. And didn't say if for some reason there is a leak in the system it might cost additional money. And it could of been listen we found that the Condenser was leaking Freon. Let me see what the cost of replacing it and sere where we are with this new issue. But unfortunately it was a Cold AC inspection $289 and The Replacement is additional $877. So that was my experience at this repair shop. I will not mention the Technician name or Owner . But l thought there would be a little Friendly.

Chevy dealer and another garage said I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors. But Walkers told me the rear brakes were Ok. I still had 40 percent of wear left. Only replaced front brakes. Honest great service at Walkers.
