They were busy so it did take time but the gentleman who seem to direct the cars in and seem to watch over thing was very nice. He smiled while doing his job you hardly see that anymore,you could 5ell he loved his job which kept all employees happy and moving smoothly and accurately. Was definitely better than last time I was there. That team needs a good recognition from the company lol

Most Valvoline place are pretty good, but this one was disorganized and kept ppl waiting for a long time. Took over an hour just to get an oil change. We were travelling through and had to hurry to get to our next destination. We even had to wait for a clerk to check us out even after the oil change was done. I finally got mad and got out f my car and said, "Hey, i need to get out of here." Finally, someone helped me.

The work done was very professional and well done and the employees were efficient. The wait was a little long as there were only a few workers and one of the stalls needed to be closed for awhile. The employees were apologetic and did the best they could.

Extremely slow. Sat in the bay for over an hour. One of the managers had to tell the technician where the oil plug was as the technician was about to drain the trans fluid. Took them over 20 minutes to get the oil plug out. Will not be back.

I've had the oil changed on my 2016 Chevy Colorado at different companies. This because the need arises while we're on a trip. This is the first time that it was pointed out to me that my tires are nitrogen filled and I was told that the shop didn't have nitrogen service. A small matter, but indicative of attention to detail.

Between telling me my battery was good when they had not checked it, to being told I had to replace my KN air filter because it was covered in red oil , to the $11 license plate bulb they wanted to replace, to waiting 5 min for them to find a tool to check tread depth, this visit was only worth it due to the comedy that ensued.... wow....
