Very honest and reliable mechanics, I would highly reccomend and fully trust them again should I come across anymore issues when Im on the road if Im in the area. I was a 25 hr drive from home and they were able to get me in and my car looked at, told me what was wrong and offered to fix it, and got me back on the road again. I am extremely grateful to have made it there and had them fix it. :)

Came in with a question about the status of my car. The front desk person asked me to wait so I sat on the couches waiting. Then he proceeded to help out at least a half a dozen other people without getting back to me. When I realized he was not going to take customers in the order they came in, I got back in line behind 3 people to check on my car status again.

Having trouble with TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) Older CRV and I wanted them replaced. That part was well done. Received a text showing my tires were fine but highlighting a need for alignment. When I went to pick up car, found out that Utopia doesn't see these texts (?) Therefore, alignment not recommended by Utopia. Rather confusing.

My cargo area and seatbelts were damaged by them pulling the studded tires from the hatch. And a big scratch above my wheel well is there after having them mount the tires. And when I contacted them about the issues, I've since been ignored, will not be coming here again

Utopia always does a great job. The big problem is getting in. Somehow the appointment time I was given by one employee didnt jive with their scheduled appointment time when I arrived at 715 AM. So it took some six hours from the time I dropped the car off until a tire rotation was done.

Brought car in for an oil change and was told there would be a 2 hour turn around. We waited four hours and called to see if it was ready. Was told that work was just starting. We came by a half hour later. Car was standing in the lot where we had left it . Work hadn't begun. At this point, car was brought in and serviced while we waited.

Like so many businesses in Summit County they are short staffed. They really need a customer service rep to answer the phone and communicate with the clients. That being said, I got the best tires for the right price due to an excellent salesman that knew exactly what I needed. I will recommend them to my friends and definitely return in 5 yrs for replacement tires!

I normally have great service but this was the worst. I left a voicemail and no one ever returned my call and never got straight answers about my car. They couldn't even tell me what tire had the leak. Not sure what's going on but not the service I typically get from Utopia

Great service as always at Utopia. Went with their tire recommendation of some Continental DWS for the spring/summer. Sure glad I listened!!! These tires are so much fun and they work in our late spring snows quite well. Super happy with Utopia!
