Travelers Rest Auto repair explains things clearly before doing the service. They let the customer know their options. I never feel like I get an "upsell" but I always think make the right choice given my budget. I get the feeling that my best interests are always taken into account. It feels good to have a trusted independent shop. RECOMMEND.
