All Employees were very polite , explained what they were doing , I had an oil leak due to stripped oil plug bolt , loose oil filter installed by take five on previous oil change , the guys took care of replacing with new bolt and making sure new filter was tight ,, plus the cleaned under the truck

They take the time to check your vehicles' fluids and everything. The head manager, which I don't know his name is very good. I have been going to Take 5 since 2019. The service is always excellent.

They treat Uber/Lyft drivers with respect and recommended the best oil change along with topping off my fluids. My oil stuck was soooo clean and I could tell my car was driving significantly more quietly. Thanks very much

Great friendly service. Long wait 45 mins- 1 hr in car but it was my turn. I was out within 15 mins. Why is this place called take 5 ? Take 5 what?

I wish they would change the name to 30 or take a nap! I'm all for good communication & having fun in thr workplace but if you can't talk and work just be quiet until you get the cars out the bay!

Jacob and his staff was amazing off Monroe Rd. In Charlotte, North Carolina. It was fast, Jacob even gave me some brief education about my vehicle. I even got a cold bottle of water while waiting. The amazing fact was that I didn't have to get out of the car. Best experience ever! Best service ever! No time wasted! Job well done guys!!!

The employees didn't seem to have a sense of urgency to make the time frame.....I was not impressed with the attitude they had....they were even out of one type of oil and trying to up sellg to more expensive oil..I think they have lost sight of the 5 minute oil change by trying to sell air filters,wind shield wiper blades and other stuff ....I had to wait 20 minutes to get my oil change...

My service at take 5 could have been better. They didn't do a good job of checking my fluid levels but the person that change my filters was on point so i hate to give this rating but i would rather they take time to check my stuff verses rushing me out.

I decided to take the Miata to Take 5 instead of the usual Mazda dealer, where I inevitably spent 400 bucks or so. This ran about 70 and I was out in 20 minutes. Next time I'll get the full check out just to be sure I'm doing well by the little guy though. Take 5 does the basics but no tire rotation, etc.

I'm disappointed. I used to receive awesome service here. My last three oil changes have been subpar because my air filter hasn't been changed because I've been told they were either out of the brand or couldn't get to my air filter to replace it! I'm upset and not sure about returning in the near future.

I had a coupon and I was told that because of what my service was I could not use the coupon and I feel that we should get the services we want with the coupons we bring. I will go to the chevrolet dealership on s. blvd from now on if im going to spend 68$ for an oil change.
