They are so thorough and detailed in diagnosis!! Their high integrity is very evident from the moment you walk in the door. The waiting area is welcoming and shows that they value your time and are eager to make "the wait" that you have as comfortable as possible. I will never take my car back to Tapco . I took my car to them on three different times. They fix one problem and create another one. My car is still not driving correct after the supposedly replace the Drive Shaft. They overcharged me for the part. So I don't reccomend Tapco to anyone Take your car some where else
