I like the service performed on my car. I didn't like the technicians didn't ask me what oil service I wanted the blended synthetic or the full synthetic. The employees should ask what oil service the customer can afford.

As always, the oil change experience was fast. in and out in 30 minutes. Timing is crucial. Go mid-morning Tuesday through Thursday.

I went on a good day. No line, no waiting. The price was a little more than I expected. I would like for their oil packages to include 6 quarts of oil & oil filter, instead of adding them to the listed price. Otherwise, everything was fine. Especially because the services I had were past due.

Spoke with Tommy before bringing my truck in although I was advised they close at 6 pm when I got there around 5:30 due to traffic delay they said had too many cars and could not take another one....if that's the case they should close early with a sign, but I have never had any service issues with oil changes etc.

Informative, not out of the way to make me feel like a valued customer. I'd expect if I smile and greet a person to receive a greeting in return. That wasn't the case it can be considered rude. He didn't have a tone change or facial expression. He just wasn't a morning person I suppose
