They are always so helpful and take time to answer whatever questions I have. about my car. Plus with the weather so ugly outside they were kind enough to get my car and bring it to the main door so I didn't have to walk across the ice. The service is always topnotch and they always do the job well.

They are always professional and prompt, don't do extra maintenance on the car unless they ask first. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my car maintenance.

I was treated very well and fully satisfied with the work. The only reason I did not rate the experience with five stars was the process took longer than I thought it should. Had to wait for tires to be picked up at another Northwest Tire store.
