As I have said previously, North Penn Service Center is SIMPLY THE BEST auto repair shop in our area, and beyond! Their communication is superb, the quality of their mechanics is the best there is, and the General Manager, John is AWESOME too! Although they recommend work to be done, they ALWAYS discuss it first for my approval. Prices are fair for the quality of their work. Don't bother looking anywhere else, REALLY!

I got front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. They adjusted my parking brake and got rid of the noise that the Audi dealer said was just due to the age of the car. Also the cost was one-third of the dealer price. The feel of the new brakes is excellent.
