Awesome service. Had work done on the air conditioner. Part was replaced and works great. Truck was scheduled to bring in when I called. Fast service, was treated great. A caring company from management sales staff front desk, service dept. Glad we purchased the truck from Kalpins and definitely love the outstanding service

Went in for squeak noise under car. Checked a few possibilities, tried tightening bushings for the rear diff. Worked for a week and one 2 hour trip that week. Noise still happening, need to explore more options. Mechanics are working within their bounds, and garage is trying. Bought car from them about 6 months prior.

The next day it started to over heat on me. So I went and got coolant and it kept losing coolant until I noticed the one hose did not have a clamp tight and all the coolant was leaking out of that. I spent so much money on coolant for something that should of been fixed in the first place. But other then that everything else was good and they had great customers service.

Three problems with a car off fixed in one visit. Clean restrooms. Nice waiting room, cable TV and coffee, lots of coffee. Expert technicians owners. A great guy. Got to love that manager, John. They always get to the root of the problem and fix it. No matter how long it takes. I never left there to satisfied.

Fantastic service!!! The owner Steve is great along with General Manager John. Very knowledgeable. Top quality work. Saved me $4000. Mr Tire told me I need a new converter and Kalpins looked at it said it was just a lose bracket and converter was fine. Saved me from buying a new truck!!!!

Very nice shop, not your typical mechanic shop, very clean and professional. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Prices are Very reasonable and work is completed promptly. Been looking for a steady shop to bring my car to for any service and I finally found one that I'm looking forward to doing business with again. Would highly recommend.
