I was charged for an oil/filter change, I checked it after I left and it clearly wasnt done. They did refund me when I returned popped the hood pulled the dipstick out and started making a commotion. I wonder how many people get charged for work not done and never check and never know

We Value Your Feedback-Yes we apologize for the mistake of charging you for an oil change that was not performed, We had started the testing of the check engine light and when it was recorded that you had 180 codes in your computer system. We halted all services and was awaiting for your return phone call, then you showed up to pick up your vehicle and we had made the mistake of preparing your invoice with out removing the oil change service from it. Again we apologize for the mistake.

Very disappointed I dropped my car off requesting they look for a coolant leak they said they couldnt tell where it was coming from so insisted on power washing it to be able to trace it back. I picked the car up the next day cuz they still couldnt find it. Told me to drive the car for a few days. I read the invoice and it states they looked for an oil leak not a coolant leak. Ive since made other arrangements to fix my car.

Excellent as always! My truck gave battery not charging and another warning brake related as I was leaving work. I drove to Jorges shop and they took care of me with a loaner car and were able to make the necessary repairs by the end of the next day! My truck is in good hands with Jorge! My experience; Honest, fair, open to discussion, professional! I had a engine replaced as my original Ford F-150 FX4 finally called it quits. I don't want to spend years with payments and to pay a bloated new truck prices so went the route of updating. My truck is in great shape and has a new soul! This shop is spot on, they have earned my repeat business, Jorge shop has professionals and on top of that a pleasure to work with!

Was told a test could be done for $200-$250, charged $275. Test came out with an estimate for $500 for a valve replacement. I called one other shop and they did the job for me for $350. Shop also quoted $340 for a new window which I got done for $130 at the different place. Very expensive quotes and not up-front with charges.
