They are excellent, honest, and I recommend for everybody. I sent my car to the Lexus dealer and they recommended to replace the lower control arm and have me an estimate of 3 thousand dollars for the service. Jim's evaluated the suspension and found no issues with the lower control arm only a few bushings cracked. The repair was much more simple than the recommended for the Lexus dealer.

Hands down the best auto repair shop in Arlington (I'd make the argument the best in the DMV area). The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. In addition, they never try to upsale you or "encourage you" to get extra or unneeded work done. Prices are fair as well. Can't recommend enough.

Richard of Jims figured out a solution to what possibly could have been an extremely expensive and frustrating fix on a 25 year old Dodge Dakota Anti-lock brake light problem. Im not sure most mechanics would have thought to try what he did. Spent more time on it than he expected and charged me less than estimated. Was able to do it quickly on short notice which is not always possible.
