The staff at Hoover go out of their way to accommodate my needs. It starts with Oliver picking up our cars and ends with Oliver returning the cars fully repaired and serviced. This time, Oliver programmed my garage door opener and did the remote gates as well. Always friendly service from Linda and the boys.

I had a scheduled service visit that took over two hours to complete. I was told when I set the appointment it would take one hour which is why I waited. The work done was good and even had my front brake pads replaced, which may have addled to my wait time. Good job Hoover!

Hi Ross - yes the service A is an hour to an hour and a half- which is what we quoted you for time - when additional work gets tacked on - there is going to be more time added. We did get you out in reasonable time from looking at your invoice. So my apologies to you if that was not mentioned when you approved the brakes. Mike and Linda bring a combined knowledge of the Mercedes experience and the expertise and then they add the care for their customers on top of that. The experience working with Hoover Mercedes is what driving and enjoying the Daimler Mercedes brand the founders intended. Mike and team never needlessly repair or even discuss an issue they would not address themselves for their own cars. It's trust all the way and then some!
