Hoon's is always accommodating and helpful. I had to drop the van because I was going out of town the next day and we didn't get back in time to pick it up. Yun let me know how much it was and I picked it up the next day with an explanation of what had been done. I travel for business and I appreciate their attention to detail so I don't get stranded on the highway someplace.

The service was good. I was in for 50000mile service and a number of things were suggested. I chose a few that were necessary and left others for later. I will come back for change of tires later (the high cost expense suggested). A minor issue: plz don't suggest change of wiper blades or filters before they have been checked. I had recently done that.

Whose oil is always reasonable and very knowledgeable. They have been very fair with me and always do an excellent job on my car. The work that was needed on my car was extensive in this visit and still they did it and impressed me.

It was my first time using this highly recommended shop, so I just asked for a routine service. The shop seemed quite organized and professional. The staff went the extra mile to complete all service as quickly as possible, even going so far as to pick up a part rather than wait for it to be delivered. This saved me some time. I think I will try them again in the future.

Happy with the service. Quick, reliable, and transparent about everything. This was my first time here but, while waiting for my oil change/tire rotation, I overheard multiple recommended services to customers and they seemed very open to doing what was best for the customer (not pushing anything be done by them or with their parts). Very happy with the experience and Ill be coming back again.
