The diagnostics pre test charge of $200. wasn't expected. But it was valuable for repairs before they became more serious. Had to return the following day to tighten a coil so check engine light went off. Overall Greg's is a great shop. Love the people (most are fair and honest)

I came into the shop unannounced, and I told them that my right headlight had burned out. The manager immediately stood up and said, "We'll handle it immediately." He opened the gate, I drove my car into the shop, and in less than 5 minutes, my headlight bulb was replaced, we checked to make sure that all the front end lights were in working order, and I paid less than $50 for the service.. It was service with a smile!

Good business. Greg's is using an online software now that sends you an email when they have a quote ready and you can look at pictures (e.g., they showed pictures of my dirty filters and quoted a replacement price).

They completed it when they said they would. They were thorough with everything. It was my 150,000 mile check up, so now I feel much more secure, and they reported that they had replaced a bolt that somehow was missing somewhere in the engine. I had been worried by a sound from the engine that sounded to me like breathing, and now that's gone!

They were really patient with the valve cover gasket replacement.
They let the car sit for an additional few hours to ensure the replacement is perfect. However, there was a power-steering fluid exchange was done, but the fluid wasn't changed until clean. This wasn't indicated to me, nor was I suggested a power-fluid drain/fill.

Excellent professional service they have won me over and it will be taking my vehicles to them going forward. They run circles around a regular mechanic in terms of turnaround time like night and day. I had a vehicle in the shop with the other mechanic for weeks whereas they fixed my car in one day. I'm just so impressed with their turnaround time and professionalism highly recommend.

Ive been working with the guys at Gregs for the last 6 months and am very happy with their service! Great communication. Fixed all of my old cars issues for a reasonable price and scheduled a follow up appointment after a number of miles to check that the fixes were holding.

They were courteous and respectful, they didnt overcharge me, and they did good work. Before they worked on my rear brakes, they called me to make sure that I approved, and they gave me an estimate of how much the extra cost would be. I appreciated the meticulous nature of their inspection of my car. I was very happy with the results.
