All the staff members at Good Works were professional and courteous to me. Angel was my service technician, and he gave me recommendations and estimates for replacements for some concerns I had. No pressure to get them done, especially with the holidays around the corner. When I get the funds to get that service completed, I would give them my business. Had a great first experience. Got an oil change coupon on Groupon. Inspection seemed thorough. They recommend repairs but did not pressure in any way, which I appreciate after going to the dealership for so many years.

Took my Diesel truck in here after a 1200 mile trip from WA state.
I had major brake fade and needed an oil change.
They did great. They are knowledgeable in Diesel engines as well
Got brakes flushed and a oil change. They are very knowledgeable and honest. Súper competitive pricing too.

Exceptional service. They not only told me what they saw the car needed done and what the different costs would be, explaining each service and how soon it would need to be done. Vehicle went in for an inoperable water temp gauge. Sensor unit replaced and worked for 2 days. New unit replaced with no charge. That worked for 3 days before malfunctioning again. Finally a computer diagnostic code showed thermostat was wide open. New one installed and the issue has not surfaced anymore. There was no labor charges for the repeat visits.

Everything seems to be fine, however, when I drove it Friday the "Low Coolant" notice came up and the rattle was still there. It was pretty empty and the cap was loose. I added about 2/3 of a gallon of coolant and all is fine, including the rattle is gone now.

I called Judy to make sure that everything was good. Apparently one tech checked the coolant and may not have tightened the cap before another tech looked at the noise issue. I'm glad it was nothing serious and if you want to run it over here before your trip, feel free. Thanks for tour business.

Phenomenal customer service and work. They even call and dealt with the windshield replacement people for me so I didnt have to. They were on hold with the windshield people for 50 minutes on my behalf. Truly incredible experience. Had a shuttle as well so I could go to Sbux to get work done. All I can say is WOW. Highly highly recommend for all car work.

They were amazing. Very detailed emailed me pics of things I need to have replaced or worked at some point but where no pressures. I usually have my brother do maintenance on my cars but decided to give this place a try so from now on they will be doing my work. I couldnt get there until after 6 and one of the gentleman who worked there named Matt waited until I got to my car instead of just leaving it. Really appreciated them all.
