They schedule promptly and follow up with understandable explanations for any work done. This time they checked out a used car we just bought, took care of the minor things that needed attention, and kept to the practical basics. They stand by their work, and it's always top notch.

My husband and I have been taking all our cars there for service for more than 40 years . They have always been super freindly and do a great job. They are located about 5min away from where we live. I just lost my husband in July of2025 and am very grateful for the care that my cars get and how understanding they are for the job they do on my cars.

Always on point. I took my truck in for two reasons. To get my brakes checked and get the air conditioner recharged. I have cool air again and the brakes were inspected but no work was needed. I always appreciate their honesty and I told them that. Other places wil look for something else to be wrong to charge you for a repair not needed. I drop off my truck here knowing they'll give me the best service and price. Thank you!

Easy to get an appointment, and they figured out the electrical issues quickly. It came down to needing a new battery, which was installed the next day. At a good price. I asked Chad to look at my tires, and he told me I wouldn't need new ones until next spring or summer, and gave me an estimate of what they would cost. I've been dealing with Gerard's for over 30 years and never had a problem.

The guys here are always top notch!!! In my experience they have always been honest and fair. We have been taking our vehicles to Girard for over 20 years and when the news is bad, the always deliver the news with empathy, but have always made suggestions to try to keep the cost down or what work can be completed now vs later. I have been going to Girards Service Center for over 30 years. I have had some beater cars until my present nice car. Even with beaters, I was never treated any different than if I had a Mercedes. Girards is a good, honest clean service center. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I'd never go anyplace else.

I always have a good feeling when Girards works on my car. I was feeling that my brakes had a screeching sound when put the brakes on. I had made a call to have them check it out for Wednesday. Friday afternoon was I was dropping off two of my grandkids it sounded really bad. I made a call and they said bring it in in Monday. I dropped it off early in the morning and they went and replaced the brakes. My car was done in the afternoon.
