I was able to get in and out quickly. They check various fluid levels and top them off. Then they checked the pressure in the tires, asked how my wipers were doing, checked the cabin filter. With all of these services, it's a great deal.

Quick oil, change service.. total time 10 minutes. option to stay in the car or go to the waiting room.. One negative.. full service with synthetic blend oil is $74.99. Got charged an extra $7.99 for an extra quart. Total 6 quarts.. the specs on my vehicle state it takes 5 quarts.?

They tried to get me to replace my battery. I got it tested somewhere else and there was nothing wrong with it. I hate going for a simple oil change, only to be told everything's needs to be replaced. My car isn't even 2 year old, with 12,000 miles on it.

Very strange. I've been going to this shop for 35 years. I know grease monkey now owns.
My car took 20+ minutes. The 2 attendends used a open coat hanger and 4 foot long pole to poke around inside my engine from the top. Not comfortable what happened . I have pictures if you want ?

They seem to never put proper air pressure in all of the tires.All four tires are a few pounds of air pressure off making the car ride unpleasant!!This is the 3rd time it happened.Tryed to tell them the Nissan Altima have built in electronic devices in the tire valves horn beeps when pressure is at proper p.s.i They won't listen
