We were a highway flat that got towed in. These gentlemen expressed interest and concern for my Labrador. Allowed her to come into the waiting room to cool off. And even brought her rags to rest her head on. (Which I sadly left on the floor instead of returning them to the desk at checkout. Sorry!) With caring individuals like this, why would you go anywhere else? PS and the tire service was good too hahaha

Liked the honesty of the gentleman at the front. I was from 400 miles away and needed to get back home. He couldn't promise quick service, but said he would try. He let me bring my dog inside while I waited. Service was quick and inexpensive! Everything was wonderful!

When I made my first appointment at 10 AM to have my free tire rotation, I had to wait 1-1/2 hours past my appointment time. So I cancelled because I couldn't wait any longer. The next time I made my appointment at 7 AM. That way I would be there when they opened. They got me in and out quickly that time.
I just wish that I didn't have to make two trips.
