Don has been up straight with me on all annoying automotive issues. I have had good experiences/relationships with employees at DJ's Auto Repair respected. There nothing negative I can say.

There was nothing I didn't like, when I called they always answered, when I had questions they always had the answer to said questions, they were very professional and polite, they knew what they were doing and had a fully trained staff, the prices are steep but I was always told you get what you pay for, I would 100% recommend DJ's Auto Repair!

While the company was helpful with what I asked them, I would have appreciated a thorough explanation of the diagnostic process. I am not that knowledgeable in this field, but as a teacher, I have a principal rule to explain everything I can and try to find out if they have questions. They did honor a price they quoted me on the phone but told me differently in person. I appreciated that.

Their lot was absolutely jammed with vehicles that already had appointments, but they were able to fit me into their schedule and replace my brake line same day. Extremely nice, friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an auto repair shop near Jacksonville/Little Rock!

Poor customer service the lady Sarah at the front cursed me out just because I was expressing my concerns as a customer i never once disrespect any of them. Bad business They will smile and laugh in your face long enough to take your money. Then if you bring it back in complaining they will say "WE DIDN'T DO IT SORRY"

They changed my oil but I had a engine check light come on afterwards. I took my truck back to receive a diagnostic check but they was not able to accommodate my request due to them having more important business than mine. Thanks for the oil change but Bale Chevrolet is probably where I will be going from now on.
