I continue to be impressed by the technicians at Colony One. My last issue was an exhaust manifold bolt had broken in the head. I was not only amazed that they were able to remove it, but it was removed and replaced with a new manifold and bolts, the same day! Incredible! I will be back and also will refer others.

I brought reading material but enjoyed watching Pet Collective. Kudos to Colony One having that on the TV to entertain customers while they wait.

Colony One always does a superior job in my car repairs and has for years.
Now, with a new system, they text you with an estimate showing all the details and you check which service s you approve and sign then submit.
They text you once the job is complete.
I've always had good service with them.

I bring my car to Colony One for routine maintenance and the staff is always very helpful and efficient. I also appreciate that they will send the occasional text asking how my vehicle is doing or in need of anything as I often forget when it's due for some services so it's a nice reminder! Thank you!

Colony One did an excellent job of identifying and resolving the issue with my Jaguar XKR in a quick and professional manner. I am very hesitant as to where I take my vehicles for service and after reading the reviews and talking to Kirk, I felt comfortable leaving the vehicle with them. The repair was completed quickly and below the quoted price! I highly recommend this shop!!

Service was quick and more affordable than what the car dealership was charging. The only issue I had was that the repair was done prior to me approving it and knowing what the cost would be. No one called me to confirm what the repair that was needed or what the estimated cost would be. I only received a text message stating that my car was fixed and ready.

I like that Colony One Auto Center stands behind their Warranty policy. They replaced my center driveshaft bearing in November and pulled the driveshaft out of the transmission tail piece. This disturbance of the seal cause a small leak on rear seal. With no questions asked the seal was replaced with no cost. David my service advisor did a great dealing with this issue. Once again they provided excellent customer service.

Everything was great! This was the first service for my Volvo at this location. The service advisor (Ernest) did a great job explaining all the details and specifications The cost was equal or better than other shops. My Tundra(2006) will be back soon for a Timing belt and water pump maintenance. Trusted team of technicians and 24 month warranty!
