I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and spark plugs. They noticed a few things that I needed to have work on and a couple of them were critical. I definitely had them fixed. I love that about this shop they will let you be the judge if you want to fix or not but will let you know if critical too. I've been going here for years and will definitely continue to as I trust this shop.

Chumbleys has excellent customer service. They will come to your home to pick up your car and they will bring it back when the work is completed. they are friendly, honest and reliable.

I had a great experience. They gave me a ride home and had my AC working by the end of the day so I could pick up my vehicle. I also received a discount which made the bill more affordable. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

This is my go to auto shop. They handle what you bring your vehicle in for. They also do an inspection and will let you know what needs to be done. They will rank the order of the issues that they find. Definitely will be taking my car here.

I came to Chumbleys shortly after running over some highway trash at highway speed and shortly before their scheduled closing time. They immediately worked me in, inspected the tires and undercarriage and reported no damage. They declined charging me for this relief, but I insisted on leaving a small gratuity for the worker who did the kind deed. This is yet another reason why I call Chumbleys a blessing to the community!

Great Service, asked them to do what they thought was necessary and they didn't do too much damage to the wallet. Most places would take that and run to try and get as much possible out of the customer, but Chumbley's legitimately cares about every customer.

I had a trip planned for Branson, Missouri on Wednesday. I got off work early in the afternoon and ran a couple of errands. However, when I went to start my truck, it wouldn't starteither the battery or the starter was the issue. I called Chumbley's and explained the situation. Keegan, the owner, came out to check my truck and diagnosed that the starter had gone bad. He kindly let me use a loaner vehicle so I could finish my errands. He arranged for my truck to be towed back to his shop, where they were able to locate and replace the starter. We ended up leaving about an hour later than originally planned, but I appreciate their excellent customer service, which is why I keep returning to them.
