I had an appointment for an oil change and it took over 2 hrs. While I was sitting there I seen the mechanic remove a wheel and I went outside to the open door and asked what he was doing and he said oh I guess I wasn't suppose to rotate the tires. I had asked not to rotate the tires. I was also upset about 3% charge for a credit card. Won't be back.

Everything was great service. The only part were they can they improve on is we were looking for a break down of what services were due for the vehicle based on it's mileage some kind of break down on paper with their pricing but we did not receive anything. My husband takes his truck to Toyota for his service and he gets a complete breakdown in writing.

I was wondering where to take my car for an oil change. A year or so back I had a puncture in a tire and went to Big O Tires to have it fixed. They charged me nothing for the repair. So, I brought my car to the local Big O Tires for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done in a timely fashion. The amount I paid was way less than my dealer back home.
I will continue to frequent Big O for future automotive work.

I made a 3pm appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. They were serving walk-in customers when I arrived. It was 4pm before they moved my car out of the parking lot to begin servicing it. Why are you taking appointments if you are going to ignore them?

Went in for a flat and a screw in another tire. Decided to have 2 TPS fixed as well. They used cheap sensors that wouldn't work with my stems, and will not sync to my truck. Then refused to replace or fix them. Now the front to my truck has a vibration. So the front tire didn't get balanced either. $100 down the drain. Now off to get this fixed by a better shop.

Big-O Tires is always on their game. Quality service, easy scheduling, and courteous management. They are kind enough to alert you to things that may need attention but never pressure you with making a sale. Other businesses damage their reputations with pressure tactics, so as long as Big-O Tire remains in their neutral position they will grow beyond all others.

Returned for follow up and was told I had a crack near the air hole. I ended up buying 4 new rims at over $600.00.
