They contacted me to explain the repairs that needed to be completed for inspection. Also, a few other items that I should be aware of for possible replacement in the future. I had a few questions which they answered in a professional manor. The charges were reasonable. Very pleasant both on the phone and in person.

Making appointment was easy. I voiced my concerns about how my vehicle was handling and they attended to every one of them. They called me about half an hour before it was ready for pick up and went over everything that they had checked. Very good experience, and I have recommended them several times already.

I typically am very happy with the work at this shop, but on this instance they did a bunch of work that cost me a lot of money only to tell me that they didn't fix the problem I brought the car in for. I had to take it elsewhere and spend several hundred additional dollars to get my car working again.

Mike does a great job at an affordable price. He's very busy though so you need to call 3-4 weeks before you need his service to ensure you get the appointment date you want.

As always, Mike came through with a pair of decent tires for my car, which I am giving to my granddaughter, without breaking my bank. Plus they accept AutoPass which helps defer payments and interest for 6 months. I dropped the old tires and rims, asked if I could pick them up the next day, and had help taking the wheels out the car and back in the car. Great Service.

They took the time to keep me informed what was happening and to give me ideas for things that were going to be happening (possibly) in the near future. Being told ahead of time that there is a possibility of an expense coming soon is a lot better than being handed a large, unexpected bill.
