Well the only thing that I can speak to is the things that I like. I have been coming to this service center for years and the reason for this is there service staff from folks at the desk that greet you when you get there to those working on your car. They diagnose the problem and always contact you prior to any work being started also the best thing is they send you pictures which goes a long way with me 10+

I have been going to Advanced Auto Tech for years - they have always been transparent with assessments of and advice on any vehicle issues, have only recommended repairs that really needed to be done, and I am always confident when I drive away that I have gotten a fair price for competent and thorough work they have done. Excellent service. I ran over a screw while I was at an event near by. Saw the store and walked over to see if they could help me. Place had just closed early due to the storm but a tech ( I think his name was Jeremy) still offered to stay and help fix my tire. You can't ask for better service than that.

Outstanding service! They resolved a recurring issue with a "service engine" light that my normal mechanic and a Nissan service center failed to resolve. Very friendly, professional staff. My 2005 Nissan Maxima now runs better than it has in a long time. I will return.

I visited the shop for State Safety and Emissions Inspections, you walk through the shop on a safe walkway to get to customer service, and can see that the shop is very clean and neat, the service writers were friendly and efficient, and the automated reported created fro the customer is comprehensive and detailed. I'll definitely be using this shop for my service needs going forward.
