There was lack of communication regarding the purchase of the vehicle of interest. I was led to believe that I had first offer to purchase when another salesperson had sold it to someone else. I was told I would be contacted if and when this transaction occurred. If I waited, I would be next and contacted if not. I have yet to hear from them even after emailing the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available. I actually secured my own finances and was willing to put $10K down......still no answer.

My experience was excellent. I saw the car listed online the day I was traveling through Madison. They were willing to stay late on a Saturday so I could do a test drive and answer all of my questions. We talked again on Monday, and I was there Wednesday to make the purchase. The paperwork process was fast and simple (since I paid in full), the car was clean and beautiful. I have no regrets or suggestions for improvement.
