Mustafa Issa is terrific. We did not purchase the car we came to look at, but Mustafa did everything possible to make the car as saleable as possible. Vehicle just needed more work than price warranted and we could afford.

The lady behind the front desk was very nice and so was the rest of the staff, at first the person I was talking to about buying the car was kind and professional until I test drove the vehicle and noticed a few problems. I work as a mechanic for a living and I noticed that the master cylinder was topped off and the front brake pads and rotors were toast, as I brought this to his attention I also noticed that the front tire of the vehicle had a leak that I could see and hear. The dealer snapped at me and said "So what do you want to do!" I factored in that the brakes on that vehicle will cost $500 and the tires another $500 so I made him a offer and he got offended.

Christopher, I am sorry you did not get the result you wanted. We strive hard to make our customers experience very satisfactory. We put our cars through a rigorous safety inspection and this Camaro passed. Matter of fact the eventual purchaser had a PPI performed and Winter Chevrolet and it had no issues what so ever. I am sorry we did not accept your offer which initially was a few thousand off the asking price. I am sure you will find a vehicle that is suitable for you. Thanks again for considering YC Auto Group
