I called the day before telling them I was coming up from Wichita to Kansas City (3 hours) to come view a car. Informed them around 4-ish. I was an hour late granted but I also there was traffic on my 3 hour drive. They close at 6pm. I was there at 5 on the dot. The open sign in the window was on and lit up. But as soon and I stepped out of my car the open sign had been turned off and a car was peeling out of the parking lot.....I went to knock on the door and no one answered....it was a whole hour until close. I know I was an hour late but traffic happens and I said 4-ish when I called implying that was possible and realistic. I still go there an hour before close. So it was very disappointing. If it was a good car I would have bought it right then and there. Just a bizarre experience.
