I had a list of truck's to look at, in the order of which truck's I liked best, and the options they had. At the first dealership, the very first thing the salesman said to me was a lie. When I contacted West Coast Auto Works, the salesman was great. Up front, straight up honest, and the dude was willing to drive to my home, to show me the truck. If truck #2 hadn't been perfect for me, I would've bought from West Coast Auto Works. If you're looking for a vehicle that they have, go buy it. West Coast Auto Works is a dealership that you can trust.

They gave us space to look at the SUVs on our own, and to test drive on our own. Heads up they have you write your number do to contact you if needed about the test drive then call you the next day to try and make a deal. Some of the options we expressed that we loved about both cars were actually not options that were available on those cars but available to have installed. They talked about wanting to earn our business but we're not willing to come down on the prices or give us a little more on our trade in to earn our business. They insisted it was best for us to agree to payments when we were upfront with how much we had to spend, that my credit was frozen due to fraud and our credit was not the best at this time. Both SUVs we looked at were not new they were from 2014 with blemishes and some things that were not working properly. We went to Mazda down the road Sheldon was amazing and we spent half the time there and drove away with an SUV that had all working parts and everything we wanted for less than what they were trying to get for sub-par SUVs. MAKE SURE YOU STAND YOUR GROUND . If you go there to look at something they have make sure you TEST EVERY SINGLE MOVING PART, BUTTON, TOGGLE, ECT. You will find not all of the things work as they should. But they will not come down on the price to accommodate or offer to fix the things to make it right. They will try to get you to come back the next day to earn your business.
