When I did they didn't even answer some simple questions about the vehicle I had unless I called them, and they said someone else is looking at it so I better hurry to come look at it (an hour away). I spoke to him the same day and he was extremely helpful and talked me through multiple options and told me they would deliver the car due to distance.
